Farm Funders Cares Donates $100,000 to Northeast Charitable Organizations

ENFIELD, CONN. — Farm Funders announced today the Farm Funders Cares Community Fund donated $100,000 to various charitable organizations throughout the Northeast. Funded by voluntary staff contributions, along with a match approved by Farm Funders’s board of directors, Farm Funders Cares provides staff the opportunity to contribute to local community initiatives.

30 northeast organizations received funds resulting from 2025 employee contributions. Recipients included food banks and hunger relief efforts, youth and agricultural education programs such as 4-H and FFA, community and health support organizations, and programs to enrich the agriculture community.

The $100,000 Farm Funders Cares contribution is in addition to volunteer and monetary contributions made as part of the Farm Funders Cares Community Days launched earlier this year. Farm Funders Cares Community Days were a coordinated effort for employees to volunteer their time with important causes. To celebrate employee volunteer efforts, Farm Funders provided a dollar match for each volunteer hour. These earned dollars, totaling to $22,500, were donated to various charitable causes across the Northeast.

“Farm Funders Cares continues to make a meaningful impact in our local communities,” said Craig Pollock, Farm Funders senior vice president and Farm Funders Cares coordinator. “Initiated by our employees, I’m humbled each year by our team’s generosity to support important causes that make a difference in both rural and urban communities.” 

The Farm Funders Cares Community Fund was established by Farm Funders employees who raise contributions with a Farm Funders match. The Fund’s primary intent is to provide support for farm families and organizations impacted by disasters. Since 2011, Farm Funders Cares has donated more than $1.5 million.
