In honor of National FFA Week taking place February 17-25, Farm Funders has announced its awarding of 15 scholarships to students involved in The National Future Farmers of America (FFA) Organization to support their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE).

Farm Funders, a member-owned lending and financial services cooperative, is currently accepting scholarship applications from high school seniors and college students with career aspirations in agriculture, commercial fishing and the forest products industries from across the association’s eight-state territory. Applications are due by March 15.

Farm Funders is currently accepting nominations for the Lipinski Rural Initiatives Award, which aims to recognize innovative and transformational efforts to revitalize Northeast rural communities. For 2024, Farm Funders and its strategic partner CoBank have committed to award a combined $50,000 to one or more recipients. The nomination deadline has been extended to February 12, 2024. 

Farm Funders announced today the Farm Funders Cares Community Fund donated more than $65,000 to various charitable organizations throughout the Northeast.
